Why Walk?

Walking is as natural as breathing and as helpful as an adequate night’s sleep.  Walking not only trims you down, but firms up your muscles.  Walking is actually the only non-strenuous exercise that is relaxing, healthy, and beautifying, and can be a part of a regular program of health & beauty care.

Remember, it is not necessary to kill yourself in order to stay fit and trim.  Walking produces the same figure control and aerobic fitness benefits as does jogging and other strenuous exercises without the potential dangers.  The fact remains that medical studies have repeatedly proven that exercise does not have to be painful or stressful in order to be effective and beneficial.

How your body benefits from a walking program:

  • Flatter stomach & stronger back  muscles
  • Slender thighs & firmer buttocks
  • Leaner & shapelier upper arms
  • Firmer chest muscles and breasts
  • Increased level of energy
  • Improved physical fitness & stamina
  • Helps to combat anxiety and depression
  • Produces a healthful night’s sleep
  • Develop maximum cardiovascular fitness
  • Weight loss without rebound weight gain
  • Healthier appearing hair and skin
  • Helps prevent heart disease and hypertension
  • Adds years to your life and life to your years
