Welcome to our first blog post.  Here we will offer periodic suggestions from our newest publication, Philly's Fit-Step Walking Diet. We want to share with our readers that weight loss and fitness do not have to be difficult to achieve.  With the right mindset and a little motivation fueled by these tips, you can be on your road to success!

I recently read Philly's Fit-Step Walking Diet at the recommendation of a friend. The ideas in this book are great - really easy to follow. Nothing is over the top or too restrictive. Love the meal suggestions and have added the weights to what was already a good walking program. Thank you, Dr. Stutman!
